Refund policy

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation for Australian customers & 21 days for International customers,  or alternatively you can exchange or receive a store credit on your product within 30 days.

Items must be returned in new (unused) condition, with all tags attached in original packaging.

Items must not be worn, damaged, marked, altered or washed.

A refund is available on FULL PRICED items.

Vita Active reserves the right to reject items which are not in new (unused) condition as mentioned above.

All SALE items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
