AUSTRALIA SHIPPING​

Every order is supplied with a tracking number DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA POST (Australia)

  • Australian Standard Delivery:        3-7 Business days

  • Australian Express Delivery:         1-3 Business days 

     

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

  • International Express:       3-5 Business days

  • Standard international        6-10 Business days

  Please note that Australia post can not guarantee next day delivery due to Covid.   SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.

  • We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

  • All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense. 

  • Vita Active is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.

RETURNS

  • Fill our Returns Form included in package, if you have misplaced the form please email us info@vitaactive.com.au

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation for Australian customers & 21 days for International customers, or alternatively you can exchange or receive a store credit on your product within 30 days.

  • Items must be returned in new (unused) condition, with all tags attached in original packaging.

  • Items must not be worn, damaged, marked, altered or washed.

  • A refund is available on FULL PRICED items.

  • Vita Active reserves the right to reject items which are not in new (unused) condition as mentioned above.

  • All SALE items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

  • Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

OUR FREE RETURNS POLICY

  • Items must be full priced (no sale items)
  • You must purchase two sizes of the same item
  • We will issue you a postal label to print and add to the postage bag you received your items in
  • Works for returns on only one item not both
